Wooldreamers Saona is a lofty 2-ply fingering weight yarn made of extra fine merino, traceable Manchega wool, and Andalusian cotton. Wooldreamers Saona features a beautiful hand, knits up like a cloud due to its woolen-spun structure. It's suitable for warm weather knits like tees, tanks, and lightweight pullovers.

Wooldreamers Saona is our first yarn from them for spring or summer knitting and is super lightweight and sustainably made. 

Saona is the name of the river where Wooldreamers' father Julián and his sons Teodoro and Ramón used to go with their cart drawn by mules and full of woolen fleeces. There, they spent the days while they washed the wool and left it ready to later dry it, card it, spin it, and weave the blankets.
