NEW SEASON. The Rose Chiffon Smocked Mini Skirt in Moonshine/Pink features a romantic print inspired by antique hand-painted artwork, with large rose blooms and trailing florals. Designed with a smocked waistband and signature Needle & Thread ruffles, the skirt has perfectly placed tiers and a voluminous, playful silhouette. Pair it with the matching top for a complete look.
